I read this earlier but didn't really think I had any noticeable fears. I have come to realize that I do. I am again building a phone list of places to call when my husband's care becomes more than I can handle alone. I had built one phone number package containing numbers for in-home help, housing, medical, nursing homes, and other phone numbers that I believe will eventually be needed and for which we qualify and which are in this area. Before I printed it out my computer crashed and I lost them all. Now I have made a good start on the replacement package. I believe I do have a fear of finding that I cannot provide all the help my husband needs, that I will not be able to lift him around and am not smart enough and healthy enough to take care of all his nursing needs. I hope this project is helping me overcome that fear by being prepared. Nina
