My Uncle Died

I feel a loss today as my Dad called me telling me about my Uncle Roger dying. I didn't see much of him because 1) he lived
in Nebraska, and 2)he's my step-mom's brother
and after her parents passed away...I lost
contact with them all...also due to not living at home with my Dad and step-mom for
years. So tonight I'm saddened with Roger's
loss.

Hello Cindy,

I am sorry to hear of your loss.. and yes, while you weren't in touch, they are still family who are a part of you.. sometimes, we grieve daily without knowing as we care for our loved ones... so when other losses come up that can enhance the daily losses as well.. be gentle and nurturing with yourself... be a kind master to your body, mind and soul... take care...keep us posted.. blessings.
