Hello everyone..
I've been spending a lot of time in front of the computer unfortunately I haven't been able to read here. This last grad class was a royal bear, let me tell you. I'm settled now with a financial class that's a little more reasonable.
We we were able to make a trip to Kansas City, MO for a budget seminar. I needed to take it for my graduate degree but my husband loved the break. His sister stayed with Grandma over the weekend so that was covered. It was okay, the hotel we stayed at was nice but the beds weren't that great. My husband has me spoiled!
We got a memory foam bed because of my chronic back problem, well for those of you that know what memory foam does when you lay on it how it forms to your body??..those beds in the hotel did NOT! At any rate, we did however go to a place called Smokehouse Ribs though, excellent service and great BBQ ribs!
It was nice to get away for a few days as I actually had the ability to feel human for the first time in awhile, hope that makes sense.
There's a few more items of interest that I'll post about when I have time but for now just wanted to let ya'll know I'm still floating around.
