Has anyone any suggestions for finding good home help? I'm stressed out interviewing, hiring and training them only to run into problems. I've hired an alcoholic; the next was someone who planned to go back to school (not stated), the next one showed promise but who would not follow instructions; one charged personal things such as shampoo, sanitary napkins etc. on my grocery bill. I guess there is a great demand for their services, and they know they can always find another job. I know that the wage I pay is more than fair and the accomodation provided for the last woman was comfortable. I live in Vancouver, Canada and would like to keep my husband in this home of 50 + years (he is 87 with early Alzheimer's, and I am 77), but I'm frustrated and am asking for any advice that anyone will offer. Mary
