Tennessee State University and RTI International, a non-profit organization, are conducting a study, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to evaluate a food safety booklet. They are actively seeking individuals who care for a relative aged 60 or older to take part in a short survey that will gather thoughts and opinions of the booklet. For a copy of the booklet, visit the following Web address:

If you are interested in participating in this important research study, please email or call Kelly Wohlgenant at foodsafetysurvey@gmail.com or 1-800-334-8571 extension 28089. Be sure to indicate your preferred contact method (e.g., mail or email) for receiving the survey. The first 100 relative caregivers to contact Kelly and who participate in the survey will receive $40. If requested, Kelly will mail a booklet to your home or business.
