Aloha Mary,

This doesn't sound good to me. I say, let his Mom have her hourly wage from his trust if you can't fight it....but.....you keep taking care of your friend. I don't know what his specific problems are but if you really care for him (and it sounds like you do) then do as much as you can to protect him. Judi
